Indications d'application: This product is ready-to-use as a working 1X solution and requires no further dilution. This buffer consists of 10 mM Tris HCl and 1.0 mM EDTA at a pH of 8.0.  Meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in DEPC treated pharmaceutical grade deionized water.
